PET bottle flake granulation line
PET bottle flake granulation machine is mainly used in PET waste flakes pelletizing field. It includes twin -screw extrusion, cutting and drying system, the waste PET flakes will become to be PET pellets.

1.The granulator machine is used to make PET plastic flakes in to granule. Such as cola bottle flakes/scraps, PET Sheet flakes/scraps etc.
2.It uses parallel twin screw extruder.
3.This pelleting line uses high efficient force feeder which ensures stable high capacity material feeding and low power consumption.
4.The main screw has vacuum exhaustion according to customer requirements.
